One system for the whole campus

The college setup starts with per-period attendance, the year divided into semesters and your words already chosen, and every module can be switched on or off for each role.

• Programmes, years and sections

  Model your college as it is: Programme › Year › Section (B.Tech CSE › 2nd year › A). Each academic year divides into semesters, a subject is taught in the semester you tick, and batches follow each intake through the course. Every picker in the app drills down the same tree.

• Per-period attendance

  Faculty see their periods for the day and mark each one in a tap. A running percentage per student, for the year or a single semester, shows short attendance long before exams.

• Electives and mark patterns

  Make a subject an elective (one of a group, or two of five) and only the students who take it reach its papers, marks sheets and register. Each paper has its own pattern: out of 100, Theory 70 + Practical 30, Internal + External, or grades only.

• SGPA and CGPA transcripts

  Give subjects credits, start from a grading template (10-point CBCS, 4-point GPA and more) and set your own bands. The transcript shows an SGPA for every semester and a CGPA over the course, as your college’s own document: your title, layout and signatories on your letterhead, in a PDF to print or download.

• Exams, eligibility and promotion

  Marks come from a grid or Excel and reach students when you publish them. Set the attendance needed to sit an exam, hold re-exams that stand in for the paper, and let a promotion rule read Promoted, Promoted with backlogs or Detained, in your own words (ATKT, Year back…).

• A timetable without clashes

  Every new period is checked across the whole college, so shared faculty and shared rooms are never double-booked.

• Training & Placement

  Companies, drives with interview rounds, an eligibility engine, a shortlist-to-offer pipeline and placement reports, in one suite.

• Hostel and mess

  Blocks, rooms and allocations with a nightly roll-call and leave approvals, plus a weekly mess menu with monthly or per-meal billing.

• College buses

  Routes and stops with each trip’s times, who rides where with the seats counted, and bus fares on their own Fares page. Each day the crew or the office marks who got on and off, the day’s trips show which buses are late, and staff can ride too, free, from their salary or on a bill, as you choose.

• Admissions and enrolment

  Your Public Page at eduiey.com/o/your-college takes applications with your own questions, documents and an optional application fee. They land on an admissions board with follow-ups and stages, and an admitted applicant is enrolled into their programme in one step.

• Fees and salaries

  Fees billed yearly, quarterly or on your own semester due dates, with late fees and reminders. Salaries go straight to each person’s bank account or UPI from your own payout account (in India), and paying out needs its own permission; nobody pays their own salary.

• Staff leave

  Faculty ask for leave on My Leave, and the Head of Department or Principal approves, never their own. Balances keep count, the Away tab shows who’s out and the lectures to cover, and unpaid leave comes off the salary by itself.

• Library, certificates and ID cards

  Loans, reservations and overdue fines; numbered bonafide and completion certificates from your own templates; and ID cards with a QR check, new each academic year if you like.

Run placement season end to end

The Training & Placement suite covers the whole loop, from the first company that shows interest to the offer a student accepts.

• Company directory. Every recruiter, contact and conversation has a home.
• Drives with rounds. Each drive is published only to students who qualify, so nobody sees a drive they can’t apply for.
• Eligibility engine. Minimum CGPA or percentage, a backlog limit, branch and graduation year are checked against your verified candidate pool.
• Pipeline and offers. Shortlist applicants, move them round by round, select them and extend offers; every offer is recorded with its own serial number.
• Reports. Placement rate, highest, average and median package, by branch and by company, with a CSV export for your accreditation files.

Students keep their details and résumé on their own Placements tab, but eligibility figures and verification stay with the placement cell, so nobody can raise their own CGPA.

Everyone sees their own part

• Principal, dean and office

  A dashboard of what needs attention, campus-wide figures on attendance, fees, admissions and placements, and an Audit Log of who did what.

• Faculty

  Their own periods, attendance, marks entry, course materials, assignments, quizzes, and the Teaching Plan with syllabus progress and lesson plans.

• Students

  Their timetable, attendance percentage, results, transcripts and fees, and the placement drives they qualify for.

• Guardians

  Each linked student’s attendance, results, transcript and fees, and nothing about anyone else.

• Placement cell, warden, librarian

  Give someone a role such as Placement Officer, Warden or Librarian, and it opens exactly those screens.

Set up the way your college works

Getting Started walks your admin through it in order: your words (Programme, Semester, Subject or Course, Professor or Faculty, Guardian), the academic year and its semesters, roles, the programme tree and your people, with an Excel import that places every student and links guardians in one upload. The app stays locked until the essentials are done.

Next year is set up from this one: programmes, subjects, electives, faculty and fees come along, each class moves up, batches move on a year, and a year you close can’t be changed.

Several colleges or campuses can sit under one institution group. Anyone who belongs to more than one signs in once and switches between them from the sidebar.

Secure, and easy to ask

• Each college’s records are sealed off from every other customer; there is no public list of institutions on Eduiey.
• Roles decide exactly who can open each page and take each action, and paying out salaries needs its own permission.
• Fees settle into your own account. Eduiey never holds the money.
• Everyone accepts the privacy policy, and your own privacy notice once you publish it, before using the app. Declare once that all your students are adults; anyone under 18 still needs a parent’s consent, kept on record for India’s DPDP Act.
• The Audit Log records who did what and when, and a mark changed after results are out needs a reason that stays in its history.
