Most questions are answered fastest by your own institution, because they control your account and your records. Here is who to ask for what.

Start here

Ask your institution first for anything about your account, your class, your marks, your fees or your personal details. Their office created your account and can change it immediately. Write to us if they cannot help, or if your question is about Eduiey itself.

Common questions

I don't have an account

You cannot create one yourself. Eduiey accounts are created only by an administrator at your school, college or coaching centre. Ask their office to add you.

I can't sign in

Sign in with the mobile number or email address your institution registered for you, and your password. If this is your first time, use "First time here? Set your password": we send a one-time code by SMS to confirm it's you, and you choose a password for the account that already exists for you. Codes can be sent only to Indian mobile numbers for now; if you sign in with an email or a number from another country, ask your institution's administrator to set a password for you.

If your number or email isn't recognised, your institution may have registered a different one, or may not have added you yet. Ask their office to check.

I forgot my password

Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen: we send a one-time code by SMS to your Indian mobile number, and you choose a new password. If you sign in with an email or a number from another country, or the code doesn't arrive, ask your institution's administrator to reset it for you.

My name, phone number or date of birth is wrong

Your name, phone number and email address can be corrected only by your institution — contact their office. Other details, such as your date of birth, you can fill in or change yourself in Profile → My details if your institution allows it; a detail with a lock can be changed only by the office. If they have already tried and it still isn't right, write to us.

I belong to two institutions

You use the same mobile number (or email address) and password for both, and switch between them inside the app. Your records at each are kept separately.

I'm a parent and I can't see my child

A parent's access depends on a link the institution creates between your account and your child's. Ask their office to create or check that link.

Something looks broken

Please tell us. Include what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps a great deal. Eduiey is under active development and we fix reported problems quickly.

For institutions

If you are an administrator setting up Eduiey, evaluating it for your institution, or need help with an import, a role configuration or a billing question, write to support@eduiey.com and tell us your institution's name.

Security

If you believe an account has been misused, or you have found a security problem in Eduiey, please tell us at support@eduiey.com straight away and we will look at it as a priority. We would rather hear about a problem from you than discover it later.

Privacy, data and deletion

To see, correct or delete your personal data, start in the app: Profile → My details shows what your institution keeps and lets you change what it allows, and Profile → Privacy has your consent history and Delete my account. Your institution decides about the records it holds, so ask its office first; you can also write to support@eduiey.com. See our Privacy Policy for what we hold, and the account deletion page for what deletion does and does not remove.
